Cancellations and Refunds

At Boho Thikana, we understand that travel plans may change. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, changes, and refunds for bookings made through www.bohothikana.com.


1. Cancellation by Guest

  • More than 7 days before check-in: 100% refund of the booking amount (excluding payment gateway charges, if any).
  • 4–7 days before check-in: 50% refund of the booking amount.
  • Less than 2 days before check-in: No refund will be issued.

2. No-Show Policy

  • If a guest does not check in on the scheduled date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be issued.

3. Early Departure

  • If you leave before the original check-out date, no refund will be given for the unused nights.

4. Cancellation by Boho Thikana

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking (e.g., due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances), we will offer:
    • A full refund of the amount paid, or
    • An option to reschedule your stay at no extra cost.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

6. Third-Party Bookings

  • If you booked through an external platform (e.g., Booking.com, Airbnb), their cancellation and refund policies will apply. Please refer to their terms.

7. Modification of Bookings

  • Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges based on seasonal rates.
