Boho Thikana provides homestay accommodation booking services.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking Policy

Guests can book rooms through our website or authorized booking partners.
Full payment or partial advance (as specified at the time of booking) is required to confirm reservations.
You must provide accurate personal details during booking.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payments are accepted via secure online payment gateways.
We do not store your credit/debit card details.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in time: 12:00 PM onwards
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
The property and its amenities must be used respectfully and without causing damage.
Any damage caused by guests will be charged accordingly.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

7. Prohibited Activities

Guests are not permitted to:

Use the premises for illegal activities
Disturb other guests or neighbors
Bring hazardous materials onto the property
